As for the chips themselves, generally no problem. People had complained about the inserts coming off. I ordered a total of 20 packages (500 chips), and did not have a single insert issue. I did receive two chips that were cracked (out of 500, so not terrible). Also, a bunch of the chips needed to be scrubbed because of dirt/scuffs that needed to be taken out. Not sure how all that happened, but again, not a huge issue.
The chips are of good quality, have substantial weight (as a normal 13.5g chip should), and feel nice. I ordered 13.5g chips in the past (another type), and it almost felt like vinyl and handled poorly. These do not, and feel good in the hands. The insert is almost like a decal on the chips, so that does feel a little funny on the rub, but really isn't a big deal at all. Still feel much nicer than other chips at the same price point that I've bought. I'll probably pick up a few more sleeves here and there as I go in order to balance out some denominations (which is nice, as they're in packs of 25). Overall, happy with the purchase, would buy the same if I was forced to do it all over.
